Rubris Database Access

Plaintiffs’ Leadership Group and Rubris Crosslink are excited to announce a convenient new way to add your cases to the Camp Lejeune Plaintiffs’ Database (Plaintiffs’ Database). Your firm may now use the Navy Bulk Filing Import template you used to file cases on the Navy JAG Corps Claims Management Portal (Navy Portal) to create those cases in bulk in the Plaintiffs’ Database.

The Camp Lejeune Plaintiffs’ Database allows your firm to access government data, identify and resolve duplicate claims, and monitor your claims through tailor-made reports and charts.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ACCESS TO THE PLAINTIFFS’ DATABASE:

  1. Open your firm’s completed Navy Bulk Filing Import Template in Excel
  2. Insert two columns, “Firm Name” and “Attorney Email”, and enter your firm’s name and a reporting attorney email as they appear in the Rubris platform for each claim
  3. Save As an Excel (.xlsx) file and bulk import to the Plaintiffs’ Database on the Claims page

Find the Navy Bulk Filing Import User Guide available on the Artifacts tab for more detail. If you have any questions or require assistance, reach out to the Rubris Crosslink team at Crosslinksupport@rubris.com.

TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PLAINTIFFS DATABASE:

To gain access to the Database, email Crosslinksupport@rubris.com using the email subject “Camp Lejeune – Plaintiff Database Access Request” with the following items in the body of your email:

  1. Executed copies of your Participation Agreement [CLICK TO OPEN AND COMPLETE] and Protective Order [CLICK TO OPEN AND COMPLETE, see page 25]. These documents may be downloaded from the Camp Lejeune Court Information website.
  2. The first name, last name, and email address of the individual you would like to assign as your firm’s User Manager. The User Manager will be responsible for creating and managing accounts for the other members of your firm.
  3. A statement clarifying that the requesting person has the authority to bind the firm and authorize the User Manager to act accordingly on behalf of the firm.

Note that this email must come from a partner, attorney, principal shareholder, or other officer of the firm who is authorized to bind the firm to an agreement and approve this User Access for these individuals in these roles.
